About the role
- We have developed strategic cooperative partnerships with leading ocean carriers and logistics service providers such as COSCO Shipping, Maersk Line, Sinotrans, etc.
Responsibilities
- We have built up the ocean and air transport network from China to the world and introduced a series of innovative product offerings such as the First-class FCL, First-class LCL, First-class Air Freight, realizing online quotation, online order, online logistics tracking and other abundant functions, to build a more efficient and intelligent cross-border supply chain logistics.
- Drive outbound efficiency by optimizing pick/pack/load cycles for oversized goods; implement productivity tracking to meet daily shipping cutoff times.
- Coordinate outbound shift schedules based on carrier appointment windows and ocean/air freight cutoffs; manage overtime during peak shipping seasons.
- Collaborate with freight forwarders and trucking companies to resolve dispatch issues and provide end-customer shipment visibility.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in large/bulky item outbound operations.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
Skills
- Strong problem-solving under high-volume outbound pressure; ability to coordinate between warehouse floor and carrier dispatchers.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Mandarin.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM ~ 05:00 PM
- Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
