The Commercial Electrical Lead will have a J ourneyman License, commercial experience, and will successfully manage the execution of commercial solar installation projects.
You will lead, train, and support a team of installers including overseeing work performance, and provide project status updates to the Director of Construction and/or Commercial Operations Manager.

Ability to read and understand blueprints, wiring schematics, and electrical instructions
Ability to make field changes and communicate with Project Manager and Construction Manager
Ability to test voltages from 10V - 1000VDC / 120V - 480VAC
Ability to receive and distribute instructions
Ability to communicate problems to Project Manager
Ability to fly a DJI Phantom drone safely
3+ years of commercial construction experience required.
Active Electrical Journeyman or Master Electrician License Required.
Ability to travel 70% of the time and work varying shifts as needed to include weekends and overtime.
Valid Driver's License Required.

OSHA 30 preferred.

Knowledge of local electrical codes
Knowledge of commercial PV design and components
Ensures that construction equipment is correctly operated and maintained.
Ensures that crew members clock in and out daily to log work hours. Approve timecards weekly.
Monitors compliance by all employees under his/her supervision with all FSP policies.
Assist with other duties as assigned.
