About the role
- Stratton Mountain Resort is seeking experienced servers to join the team.
- This position requires an individual that is a team player, possess agility, flexibility, and excellent communication skills.
- An individual in this role will consistently display a friendly demeanor while providing anticipatory guest service in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 3 years of serving or bartending experience
- Ability to lift and walk with at least 30 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- This position will be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
