Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to develop talent acquisition strategies, workforce plans, and recruiting solutions that support business objectives
- Demonstrated informal leadership, mentoring, coaching, or team support experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent recruiting experience.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), candidate sourcing, recruiting metrics, and talent acquisition best practices.
