Responsibilities
- Contribute to architectural deliverables on projects, working with Design Director(s) and project team(s) for all project phases, including conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents and production
- Support and c ollaborate with design team, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies and other vendors to meet overall project objectives
- Contribute to resolution of complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions
- Advance the understanding that design resilience is a responsibility of every person at Gensler
- Cultivate design expertise with the desire to always learn, grow, and evolve
- 10-15 years of relevant architecture and design experience within a commercial design firm
- Knowledge of materials, construction techniques and building codes and the design process

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited program
- A quick learner with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

Nice to have
- Must be proficient in Revit and the Adobe Suite.
- Proficiency with Rhino, Grasshopper, Parametric Modeling, Sketch-up, 3D Studio Max and VRay is a plus.
