About the role
- As an integral member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will work closely with motivated and engaged finance and audit committees, as well as other board committees.
- Reports to: Chief Executive Officer FLSA: Full-Time.
- Serves as the executive team leader for administrative and financial operations management, including policy and structure development, legal engagement, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and utilize forward-looking, predictive models and functional and activity-based financial analyses to provide insight into the organization's operations and business plans.
- Financial and Operational Management Develop, support, and manage direct staff, including managers and administrators of finance, facilities, HR, and IT.
- Financial Management: Develop and utilize forward-looking, predictive models and functional and activity-based financial analyses to provide insight into the organization's operations and business plans.
- Oversees and directs SourcePoint's IT department to design an IT plan for current and future needs and implement the plan successfully (hardware and software) as the organization grows.
- Demonstrates emotional maturity, strong ethics, and a proactive approach to problems, with evidence of having worked as a true business partner to the chief executive of a non-profit entity.
Requirements
- The CFO will have the following experience and attributes: A minimum of a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business, with a CPA or MBA highly preferred.
- A degree in public administration with 5 years of post-graduate accounting experience will be considered.
- If coming from the for-profit world, nonprofit board experience is required.

Compensation
- Starting pay range $95,000-$125,000
