About the role

The overall goal of the Senior Project Manager is to ensure the project is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and which attains or exceeds profit goals, while promoting and enhancing client relationships and the company's image.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include:
Ensure the quality completion of projects on time and within the allocated budget.

Take initiative to develop and encourage professional growth in others, provide constructive feedback, and work with management to identify staff development needs.
Lead or participate in the response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), working through site investigation and preliminary design.
This includes reviewing all design changes, pending or anticipated alterations to the contract, extra work requests, and any other factors that may significantly affect the project.
Manage the commissioning process including FAT, SAT, IST and integration with owner teams and commissioning agents.
Oversee and manage the award of subcontracts, purchase orders and change orders.
Mentor, develop and train other Project Management staff as requested by Project Executive/Operations Manager/Director, VP/GM, and/or SVP/RM.
