About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead ETS Product Manager (Product Owner)
  • The Lead Product Owner role will lead the strategy, design, and continuous improvement of enterprise business systems and processes.
  • You will define the roadmap, drive cross-functional execution, and champion automation and system visibility across key business processes.
  • Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing enhancements that drive process efficiency, data quality, user adoption, and business performance.
  • Design and optimize system configurations, automation rules, data models, and workflow logic within Salesforce CRM and integrated platforms to support business operations.
  • Manage integrations across the enterprise technology stack, including Salesforce CRM and connected third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process continuity.
  • Collaborate with Business Operations, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure end-to-end data integrity, process adherence, SLA compliance, and continuous feedback loop automation.
  • Drive change management and enablement initiatives, including end-user training, documentation, and stakeholder communication plans.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes-including contract generation, redlining, approvals, and renewals-with upstream quoting and downstream fulfillment needs.
  • Manage and improve integrations across Salesforce CPQ/RCA, CLM, ERP, billing, and related systems to support data flow from quote through order, contract, and fulfillment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Systems, or IT/Operations roles focused on enterprise platform ownership and process improvement.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • advanced degree a plus.
