Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities across support, enhancement, and project workstreams
  • The SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) IT Advisor will support Maintenance and Operations teams, owning and supporting SAP PM solutions that enable safe, reliable, and efficient asset management.
  • This role translates business needs into scalable IT solutions, drives continuous process improvements, and ensures seamless integration with related systems while maintaining high data integrity.
  • The advisor provides day-to-day support, resolves system issues, and leads enhancements aligned with business priorities, while enabling users through training, documentation, and analytics for maintenance KPIs.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions and drive continuous process improvements
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage data, reporting, and KPIs to support maintenance performance and decision-making
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to collaborate across IT and business teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of experience supporting SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and integrated modules (e.g., MM, FI, SD)
  • Strong understanding of SAP master data structures with demonstrated ability to maintain high data quality and governance standards
