  • You will be responsible for coordinating, tracking, and reporting on project progress.

  • As a Junior Project Manager / Business Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities

  • Partner with development leads on resource forecasting and capacity planning
  • Manage and prioritize discretionary change requests.
  • Maintain project tracking, ensuring tasks and priorities are up to date and reflect team progress
  • Drive ongoing improvements to current processes
  • Build strong business / engineering relationships strengthening collaboration and alignment.
  • Confidence to build relationships with colleagues, managers, and business users
  • Lead projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Document process flows and system details for firm wide applications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in technology, finance, or relevant work experience
  • Ability to multi-task, take ownership of issues and follow through accordingly

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the financial services industry a plus
  • Knowledge of JIRA is a plus

Skills

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Compensation

  • The salary range for this role is expected to be $100,000 to $125,000.
