About the role
- Operating in safety a production line for manufacturing products according to fixed specifications and standard operating procedures.
- As member of the shift team is responsible for the performance of the machine.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with your Team Leader and skilled operators whenever support or guidance is needed.
- Maintain strong communication with both the previous and next shift, as well as all team members involved in running the machine.
- Support teammates with operating tasks and contribute to a smooth, efficient production flow.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Entry-level experience - 1-3 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, or no prior experience but a willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift and frequently stand, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
Skills
- The operator Intermediate has the skills to undertake the tasks needed to operate/ sustain efficiently the equipment/process.
Compensation
