- About the job As a Customer Success Manager, you will have ownership of driving engagement and value for a portfolio of enterprise customers with a particular focus on our US-based clients.
- Manage, support and develop a portfolio of enterprise customers (B2B) Connect with stakeholders (executive level and day to day) to understand and develop expertise when it comes to what drives user value and engagement Develop the business by identifying patterns and synergies between different end-user use cases Proactively share customer learnings and insights with the broader Stravito team.
