About the role

Axonius Federal Systems is seeking a Senior Customer Success Engineer to join our high‑impact Federal team.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact at a fast‑growing cybersecurity company supporting mission‑critical federal initiatives.

Design and implement tailored solutions using industry best practices and modern technologies.
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver customized, customer‑centric solutions.
Lead customer onboarding efforts, including solution installation, configuration, and integration into existing environments.
Support additional initiatives as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.
In this customer‑facing role, you will partner closely with strategic federal clients to design, implement, and optimize complex technical solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
You will play a key role in solution delivery, customer onboarding, and long‑term success-serving as a trusted technical advisor while collaborating cross‑functionally to support deal success and ongoing account expansion.

6+ years of experience delivering technical support or consulting services in a customer‑facing role.
Hands‑on experience in cybersecurity, particularly within distributed environments, and familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) operations.
Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
Practical experience with technologies such as Linux, Docker, MongoDB, APIs, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, as well as DevOps tools including Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.

Active U.S. security clearance preferred.
Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect.
