Responsibilities
- Own Ask Your Twin (AYT) and its evolution to AYT Everywhere
- Drive meaningful improvements in behavior change, engagement, and clinical outcomes
- Own Ask Your Agent, the AI Copilot for Twin's Care Team
- Design experiences that reduce cognitive and operational burden while increasing the quality and effectiveness of care
- Own AI experience primitives and interaction behaviors across Twin
- Create reusable interaction patterns that enable other Twin teams to build consistent AI-native experiences
- Design experiences that work well despite the imperfect and non-deterministic nature of AI
- Partner deeply with Design, AI Engineering, Clinical, Data, and Product teams
Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management experience, including significant ownership of consumer- or user-facing products.
- Demonstrated ownership of an AI agent that was central to the user's experience or workflow.
- Experience defining and measuring the quality of AI interactions using both AI evaluation techniques and product/outcome metrics.
- Strong understanding of LLM and agent capabilities, limitations, and failure modes.
- Significant recent experience building and shipping AI-native or agentic products used directly by end users.
- Strong experimentation and analytical skills, including KPI definition and evaluation design.
- Ability to operate from product vision and strategy through detailed interaction decisions and rapid experimentation.
- Builder mindset-you move quickly from concept to prototype to shipped experience.
- Healthcare experience is valuable but not required. We care more about having built exceptional AI-native experiences that people use, trust, and act on.
- Compensation and Benefits
- The compensation range for this position is $205,000 - $240,000 annually.
