About the role
- The Advisor/Assistant Director will be a member of the leadership team in OIA (working closely with the OIA Director and an OIA Assistant Director) and will report to the OIA Director.
- The role is intended to augment OIA's supervisory capacity and bandwidth by supporting the OIA Director and Assistant Director in overseeing the execution of OIA's approved Program of Work (PoW), strategic, and other initiatives.

Requirements
- Alternatively, a bachelor's degree, or equivalent, supplemented by a minimum of nineteen (19) years of relevant professional experience, including supervisory and/or managerial experience, is required.
