Configure or develop within vendor and in-house software; review and verify operation of new vendor or in-house release features. Use vendor and in-house defect resolution procedures and support tools to resolve issues.
Support the planning, conduct, and review of module and integration testing for all but the most complex projects.
Manage the issues and blockers for assigned features and stories.
In partnership with the business groups and technical teams, provide knowledge and support for resolving technology issues in multiple areas of the business; acknowledged as a subject matter expert in multiple processes and applications.
Organize, lead and finalize feature review sessions for complex business issues/requirements and document resulting decisions; provide coaching to less experienced team members on their features and delivery.
Create the functional design, using technical skills, to address complex business processes or issues or to address the requirements of a set of product features.
Collaborate with various Product and Service teams to gather requirements and provide Identity solutions that meet performance, availability, capacity and resiliency targets for moderately complex systems.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.

5 or more years of developer experience (preferred).
Practical experience designing or operating security controls embedded into CI/CD pipelines, developer workflows, or shared platform services.
Java experience (preferred).
Python experience (desirable).
Experience of formulating and executing AD PowerShell Scripts.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex situations and provide actionable solutions.

Compensation offered for this role is 98,100.00 - 167,850.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
This policy applies to all aspects of the employment relationship, including, but not limited to, hiring, training, salary administration, promotion, job assignment, benefits, discipline, and separation of employment.

Develop overall product planning by contributing to stories for complex features in areas of responsibility, including guiding the story development for other team members who may be learning.
