Calculate pricing, lead times, and cost structures using internal tools, vendor quotes, and historical data.
Coordinate with engineering teams to validate custom or complex equipment configurations.
Serve as a primary point of contact for quote-related inquiries. o Request and evaluate vendor pricing, technical documentation, and lead times.
Maintain accurate records of quotes, revisions, and supporting documents. Update CRM and ERP systems with pricing, configurations, and customer information.
Support continuous improvement of quoting tools, templates, and workflows.
Communicate clearly with customers to clarify requirements, resolve discrepancies, and support the sales process.

Associate or bachelor's degree in
Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
Experience with chemical processing equipment, industrial equipment sales, or technical quoting.
Strong understanding of chemical compatibility, materials of construction, and process equipment fundamentals.
Knowledge of corrosion-resistant materials, polymers, and specialty alloys.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and technical specifications.
Proficiency with CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Occasional customer site visits or vendor facility visits may be required.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $70,250.00 and $103,026.00 plus discretionary bonuses.

The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
