  • Join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve. --- Position Overview PGIC is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide clinical services for clients with mental health and substance use needs.
  • The LCSW will act as a client advocate, provide therapy, and assist clients in accessing resources, while working ethically and professionally with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of 25+ clients, including therapy and group treatment sessions for children, adolescents, and adults.
  • Collaborate with other clinical staff and community professionals (e.g., psychiatrists, physicians) to meet client needs.
  • Facilitate referrals to support agencies as approved by supervisors.
  • Deliver crisis intervention as needed.
  • Perform other clinical duties as assigned within the scope of licensure.
  • Collaborate with a supportive, professional, and compassionate team.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
