About the role

HarperXS is focused on executing construction projects within active facilities and occupied spaces.
Install and repair drywall, complete patching and finishing.

To build up our communities, our clients, and each other by building trust in everything we do.
This role focuses on demo, drywall, framing, door installation, finish carpentry, light plumbing, and general jobsite support.

Able to work independently and take initiative (like current high-performing crew members).

bilingual ability is a plus.
