About the role
- The Distribution Supervisor is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the distribution center, ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
- This role oversees and collaboratively works with the team of order processors, other departments and leadership to coordinate activities to meet productivity, quality, and customer service goals.
- Work environment is comparable to outdoor temperatures
Requirements
- Occasionally required to move up to 100 pounds by pushing, pulling, or sliding material.
- Must be able to work in hot and cold environments without climate-control
