About the role

  • Job Description: The Speakers Bureau team runs some of the most visible programming at Workhuman - from mainstage keynotes and customer speakers to executive thought leadership and webinar content.
  • Behind every well-run session, prepared speaker, and on-time deliverable is someone making it all happen.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for executive speaking engagements, customer speaker appearances, thought leadership events, media opportunities, and partner events
  • Work with Executive Assistants and event teams to manage calendars, prep timelines, and deliverables
  • Help manage outside vendors - tracking edits, approvals, and deadlines
  • Support event coordination including scheduling, speaker prep, invoicing and post-event reporting
  • Maintain speaker tracking systems, engagement documentation, and project dashboards

Requirements

  • Applicants must have valid permanent work authorization in the U.S. (e.g., U.S. citizen, permanent resident).
  • 1-3 years of experience in executive communications, PR, media relations, marketing, event management, project management, or a related field

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting executive LinkedIn publishing workflows is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus

Compensation

  • The base salary range for this position is $80,000–$88,000.
