About the role

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience using the Defense Travel System (DTS).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare memorandums, executive summaries, information papers, briefings, and other professional correspondence.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism when interacting with senior Government officials and handling sensitive information.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with exceptional organizational, communication, and writing skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting U.S. Army organizations or Department of Defense senior leadership.
- Familiarity with Army correspondence formats, staffing processes, acronyms, and administrative procedures.
- Experience coordinating executive-level meetings, conferences, and strategic planning activities.
