Responsibilities
- Drive company‑level strategic initiatives across product, operations, and growth
- Build and refine operational systems that improve efficiency, quality, and provider success
- Analyze business performance and develop insights that shape strategic decisions
- Develop scalable playbooks that turn successful experiments into repeatable systems across our network
- Work directly with providers to understand needs, test new ideas, and drive real P&L impact
- Own special projects that don't have a natural home but matter deeply to the business
