Responsibilities
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for enterprise network environments
- Support campus routing and switching infrastructure
- Support Cisco wireless environments and resolve wireless-related incidents
- Partner with global network engineering teams on initiatives and escalations
- Support production and office network environments
Requirements
- Experience supporting semiconductor or manufacturing environments
Nice to have
- Troubleshoot user connectivity issues and network performance problems
- Assist with network upgrades, installations, and maintenance activities
- Analyze network performance and recommend improvements
- 7+ years of network engineering experience
- Strong Cisco routing and switching expertise
- Experience supporting enterprise campus networks
- Hands-on Cisco wireless troubleshooting experience
- Experience with network monitoring and operational support
Compensation
- $60k-$65k
