  • Implements new hire orientation.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommend best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Ability to influence and educate management on policies and best practices
  • Ability to work with confidential information
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn HRIS and talent management systems
  • Effective time management skills, including the ability to prioritize workload to meet key deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills are required to gather and interpret data
  • ability to communicate information and ideas

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources (or advanced certificates in Human Resource management) preferred
  • Current experience with broad, up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and practices
  • training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, and safety preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
  • advanced knowledge of Excel a plus

Compensation

  • CelLink benefits, compensation, and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
  • San Carlos, CA Base Pay
  • $75,000 - $95,000 USD
  • Your base pay range will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
