Responsibilities

  • That's why we built the first Agentic Insurance™ system - where advanced AI and deep insurance expertise come together to proactively assess, mitigate, and manage risk.
  • As a member of the risk engineering team, you will be responsible for the production of premium through proper risk analysis and effective distribution through our digital distribution partners.
  • In collaboration with the Territory Managers, engineering, and operations team, you will leverage your industry knowledge and broker relationships to develop management liability and professional liability insurance products that brokers are eager to promote to their clients.

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • 1-2 years of underwriting, insurance, or related experience, with exposure to management liability, professional liability, or specialty lines preferred but not required.

Compensation

  • Base salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, market data, location, internal equitability, and experience.
  • We allow employees to work from wherever they do their best work, and invite the team to meet in person a couple times per year.
  • Our estimated pay range for this role is $65,000 to $95,000.
