About the role
- Dormify is a one-stop-shop for outfitting a college dorm room, home bedroom or small apartment.
- This position will be accountable for managing Dormify's marketplace and drop ship vendors.
- This position will report to our Head of Supply Chain and Logistics and will be remote while Dormify employees are working from home.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain drop ship and marketplace vendor onboarding guidelines, contracts, and training materials
- Own configuration of Dormify's drop ship and marketplace platform and seller / product rules
- Monitor system performance data and proactively identify issues and manage resolution
- Proactively collaborate with merchants, customer service and IT/CS teams to identify and resolve issues
- Create quarterly vendor scorecard to share back with vendors (with the opportunity to relook at our terms if there are high levels of non-compliance) in partnership with Buyers
- Maintain a willingness to perform any additional tasks to accomplish teamwide goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of vendor operations experience
- Experience in running and managing an 3rd party marketplace offering
- Familiarity with FTP, APIs, data hierarchy and mapping
- Experience operating within an e-commerce channel
