About the role
- The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in InfoWorks ICM, HEC-HMS, and HEC-RAS (1D/2D) with strong project management experience.
- Exempt employees are eligible for overtime pay at a straight-time hourly rate for any hours over forty (40) hours per week.

Responsibilities
- Support business development efforts including client engagement, opportunity development, proposal preparation, and project interviews
Requirements
- 6+ years in stormwater management
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
- Colorado Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain Colorado licensure within three (3) months of hire
- Experience with stormwater masterplans, GIS, technical writing
- Experience with InfoWorks ICM modeling, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS 2D
- Determine and schedule required project resources; evaluate project decisions to ensure sound engineering judgment and consideration of impacts to scope, schedule, and budget
Compensation
- The annual salary range for this position is $116,600 - $160,000 and is dependent on candidate's qualifications as compared to minimum and preferred requirements.
