Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the sales team by coaching, setting clear expectations, and driving accountability for sales performance.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, align priorities, strengthen customer strategies, and remove barriers to execution.
  • Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement through data, insights, and disciplined sales processes that elevate team effectiveness.
  • Lead through the team rather than owning individual accounts, providing strategic direction, coaching, and support to ensure strong customer outcomes across the team's portfolio.
  • Our efforts have helped more than 14 million people get the keys to their own homes sooner than otherwise possible.
  • The Director of Sales leads and develops a sales team responsible for managing a broad portfolio of customer call points.
  • This role drives performance and growth through strategic leadership, coaching, and disciplined execution across the team.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of related experience.
  • A recruiting agency must have a valid, written and fully executed agency agreement to assist with a requisition.
  • Travel required is 50

Compensation

  • $189,770.00 - $351,080.00
  • This range aligns with current market data and reflects our commitment to competitive and equitable compensation.
  • Salary offers are based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and training.
  • It is not typical to initiate pay at the top of the range to account for internal equity and allow for future and continued salary growth
