About the role

The Assistant General Manager reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for developing a high-performing team that consistently delivers top-line sales growth.
This person will lead and support the staff with customer service, sales training, product knowledge, leadership development, inventory controls, and compliance.

Working with the General Manager to plan and implement sales strategies to drive positive sales growth within the dispensary.
Partnering with the General Manager to help create, monitor, and track the store's KPIs, and leveraging data to help drive decisions around labor costs, sales strategies, and training opportunities.

Experience with point of sales systems and backend compliance tools, such as Dutchie and Metrc.
Strong leadership qualities and the ability to recruit and train staff.
Analytical with the ability to set and track store KPIs.
Must be able to occasionally lift 50+ pounds.
Must be able to either sit or stand for long periods of time.

Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent required, Associate Degree preferred.
2+ years of management experience in a high-volume retail environment with previous cannabis experience preferred.
