About the role

- This position will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians in the successful launch of new production lines, launch of individual machines, and modification of existing production lines for new products.

Responsibilities
- Support the cross functional improvement teams as needed.
Requirements
- Experience with specifying requirements for production equipment.
- Experience with Solidworks or other 3D modeling software.
- Ability to handle multiple functions and deadlines.
- Ability to make quick, accurate, data driven decisions.
- Computer proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word)
- Project management experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a good attitude.
- Unmatched communication skills
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability and willingness to train other associates.
- Ability to model and willingness to support the corporate culture in an ethical manor
- Desired Skills:
Skills
- Experience with FMEA and other production control documentation.
- Experience with six sigma/lean
- Education: 4-year degree in manufacturing, electrical, or mechanical engineering or related field.
