  • This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere in the US.
  • Act as a liaison between your client and the company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients with varying levels of service depending on package level; be their primary point of contact for site issues, campaign changes and reporting, developing close client relationships.
  • Relay clients' goals to the team and campaign performance to the client in order to develop a strong consultative relationship.
  • Manage onboarding new clients, set expectations, and set clients up for long term success with Firegang.
  • Our clients are primarily dentists and our service packages include website design, paid ad management, SEO, analytics, copywriting, and more.
  • A successful Client Success Manager (CSM) will enjoy working directly with dentists to develop websites and digital marketing strategies that will work toward the client's goals in their market.

Requirements

  • At least 4 year of relevant Account Management experience required.
  • Digital Marketing required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and/or any other online marketing solutions and you enjoy digging into data to address problems and identify solutions.

Compensation

  • $60k-$70k
