Responsibilities
- Implement major and oversee minor preventative maintenance and repair projects, including equipment, painting/finishes, plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating/cooling and base building systems.
- Deliver supports and training to staff involved with maintenance/property services.
- 5+ years of building maintenance
- The position reports to the Manager, Property Services and will support the wider portfolio as needed.

Compensation
- This is a non-unionized, full-time permanent position; it requires 40 hours per week; the annual salary is $57,310.
