Responsibilities

  • Design high-converting marketing emails that are concise, engaging, and optimized for click-through-not just aesthetics.
  • Create lightweight animations and interactive elements that enhance engagement while remaining email-client friendly.
  • Apply email design best practices, including hierarchy, scannability, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and deliverability considerations.
  • Partner with Marketing to iterate quickly based on campaign goals and performance insights.
  • Deliver organized, developer-friendly Figma files that are production-ready.
  • A portfolio heavily focused on email design. We're specifically looking for email design work, not product design, web design, or broad marketing portfolios.
  • Ability to translate performance insights into stronger creative and continuously improve designs through iteration.
  • Delivers polished, on-brand email designs that are optimized for engagement and production.
  • Establishes a reliable rhythm of delivering 1-2 high-quality email designs each week after the initial template overhaul.

Requirements

  • Expert proficiency in Figma.
  • Strong understanding of email design constraints across major email clients and devices.
