Responsibilities
- Successful candidates will need to be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation, including the following:
- The Production Technician performs various light manufacturing operations including handling liquid resins, hot press and oven operation, and assembly processes necessary to make parts.
Requirements
- 2+ years of previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
- With safety and quality at the forefront, the production technician must be detail-oriented and closely adhere to all rules, regulations, and standards (AS9100D) while meeting production schedules.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing processes and 5S organizational practice.
- Prior line or manufacturing leadership experience.
- Prior leadership experience in a related field.

- We're offering a $1000 bonus after 90 days for this position!
- You will receive one bonus payment of $1000 upon completing onboarding/training and 90 days of employment.
