About the role
- The Employer Engagement & Job Development Specialist is a key driver of employment outcomes for InspHire clients.
- This individual ensures clients have access to meaningful, sustainable employment opportunities.
- This is a frontline, results-driven role with no supervisory responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a proactive outreach strategy to build and grow a pipeline of employer partners
- Client Placement & Support
- Partner with Career Coaches to match clients with job opportunities based on skills, readiness, and employer needs
- Support clients in interview preparation and job readiness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- 2+ years in business development, workforce development, staffing, or a related field
- ability to engage diverse stakeholders with cultural sensitivity
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
- Track all employer interactions, job leads, and placements accurately in ETO within required timelines
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- ability to learn ETO/Social Solutions (prior experience a plus)
