About the role

  • This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytically minded candidate interested in luxury travel, consulting, sales strategy, or product development
  • Conduct research on regional travel trends, consumer demand patterns, and emerging destinations
  • Monitor macro trends affecting travel (pricing, seasonality, geopolitical factors, sustainability, experiential travel)

Responsibilities

  • Develop comparison matrics and insights to support sales strategy and training
  • Support development of new itinerary "threads," seasonal offerings, or region-specific value adds
  • Support Regional Sales leadership with ad-hoc analysis, presentations, and reporting
  • Maintain and organize research documents, trackers, and shared resources
  • Provide general administrative support to the Regional Sales teams as needed
  • Service models and support levels
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Interest in luxury travel, global markets, and client-centric service design

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma or certificate in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Economics, International Relations, or a related field
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly and concisely
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI reporting
  • Hands-on experience with competitive intelligence and product positioning

Skills

  • Strong research and analytical skills; comfortable synthesizing large amounts of information
