About the role
- You are a master of mobile-first hierarchy and thrive in an environment where your work is constantly tested and optimized.
Responsibilities
- Full-Funnel Execution: Design end-to-end CRM journeys, including complex automated flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Re-engagement) and high-volume broadcast campaigns.
- Conversion-Centric Design: Prioritize click-through rates and conversions over aesthetic fluff.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Work within a rigorous testing framework to design variants for subject lines, hero imagery, and layout structures to build a documented "playbook" of what works for each brand.
- Technical Excellence: Build with an expert understanding of email rendering, dark mode optimization, accessibility, and the specific constraints of enterprise-level ESPs.
- Agile Production: Utilize Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and agile tools like Canva to maintain a high-velocity output without sacrificing quality.
- Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of digital design experience, with a heavy focus on CRM, Email, and Lifecycle marketing.
- Design Toolkit: * Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Gen AI Mastery: Demonstrated ability to use Generative AI (Firefly, Gemini, and node-based workflows) to optimize workflows and enhance creative output.
- Mobile-First Expertise: Expert-level knowledge of responsive design, email-safe fonts, and mobile-first hierarchies.
Requirements
- High proficiency in Klaviyo for rapid-turn assets and collaborative templates.
- Ability to look at a campaign report and translate "low CTR" into a visual solution.
