About the role

  • This role sits at the intersection of analytics, narrative judgment, and customer-facing insight delivery.
  • This is not a business analyst, product analytics, revenue analytics, or customer success role.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and refine customer-specific analytical workspaces within the PeakMetrics platform
  • Partner with Customer Success and Commercial teams to ensure insights align with customer goals
  • Explore data hands-on when needed, including lightweight manual analysis, to validate patterns and sharpen insight

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Comfort working with quantitative metrics to identify patterns and trends
  • Ability to distill complex platform outputs into clear, actionable insights
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and online discourse dynamics
  • Ability to communicate insights verbally, visually, and in writing, tailored to the audience
  • You will operate with a high degree of analytical ownership, curiosity, and judgment in a fast-moving environment where signal clarity and narrative context matter more than raw volume.
  • You are a curious self-starter who enjoys digging into messy or ambiguous data, thinking creatively about how narratives form and spread, and helping others understand what the data actually means.

Nice to have

  • Experience with social listening, media monitoring, or intelligence platforms
  • Familiarity with Boolean query construction or search logic
  • Experience producing structured reports or briefs for external stakeholders
  • Exposure to intelligence, research, or insights-driven workflows
  • Interest in or exposure to LLMs and AI-assisted analysis
  • Experience working in agency, consulting, or client-service environments
  • Comfort experimenting with new analytical approaches or workflows
  • Familiarity with common analytics or visualization tools (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards, presentation tools)
