About the role
- The Project Manager will report to the Vice President of Operations.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including clients, executives, and team members.
Responsibilities
- The Project Manager will oversee and lead various projects within our organization.
- As a Project Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and contribute to the successful achievement of organizational goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, outlining timelines, resources, budget requirements, and risk assessments.
- Lead project teams to meet objectives within designated timeframes and budget constraints.
Requirements
- Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the construction site in all types of weather
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times
- 3+ years of experience in office management in a corporate setting.
