About the role

  • Michigan Online School (MOS) is a K-12 tuition-free online public school in the state of Michigan.

Responsibilities

  • Develop treatment plans that are strengths-based as well as child and family-centered
  • Maintain accurate, timely records of progress and service
  • Collaborate in the development of the Review of Existing Evaluation Data (REED) and Evaluation Plan for three (3) year re-evaluations
  • Develop, follow, and communicate a daily schedule to building leaders and department supervisors
  • Participate in building-based intervention processes to support students and teachers

Requirements

  • Ensure that all speech-language evaluations for initial referrals and re-evaluations are conducted within the required timelines

Compensation

  • Please note - while this is an online school position and all instruction occurs virtually, travel and face to face attendance will be required several times per year to support in person state testing and student events.
