About the role

  • Under minimal supervision, this position assists the Head Softball Coach on organizational and coaching aspects of the softball program for the College.
  • talking with and recruiting prospective softball players for the College; training and conditioning team members; assisting with game day functions; and assisting the Coach in teaching and modification of curriculum.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of NJCAA governing rules.
  • Knowledge of working with softball, recruiting athletes, conditioning, and teaching of related curriculum.
  • Ability to work with elite collegiate student athletes.
  • Ability to be accurate, pay attention to details, be a self-starter, work independently as well as with others, be a team player, make decisions, and be self-motivated.
  • To be considered capable of performing a full or wide range of light work, you must have the ability to do substantially all of these activities.

Compensation

  • All salary calculations start at the minimum salary and will be based on candidate's education and experience | Open until filled.
  • Pay range starts at: $40,570.96.
