- Monitor and evaluate pricing team performance and make recommendations for adjustments as needed to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Expected Salary Range Salary range: $186,659 -$ 189,000/year The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
Responsibilities
- Manage a regional pricing team by directing and guiding activity to fulfill quoting responsibility and other pricing related initiatives.
- Develop and maintain internal controls over the pricing activities to ensure compliance.
- Lead cross-functional stakeholders to analyze market trends, competition, and customer behavior to make data-driven pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic pricing initiatives that drive revenue growth and profitability.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Engineering Management, Mechanical Engineering, a related field, or a foreign equivalent
