- Genesys is seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager, International Tax to join our growing Global Tax Planning team, reporting to the Senior Director of Global Tax Planning.
- This role is responsible for overseeing international tax compliance, planning, and reporting across the Company's global footprint.

Nice to have
- Evaluate and advise on tax implications of cross-border transactions, including dividends, restructurings, and intercompany activities
- Monitor global tax legislative developments and assess potential impacts to the Company's tax profile
- Model tax impacts from planning strategies, legislative proposals, and law changes
- Oversee preparation and review of U.S. international tax filings, including Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, and related disclosures
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to managers and team members supporting international tax
- Act as a key escalation point for complex technical questions and modeling challenges
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and cross-training initiatives within the tax function
- 8+ years of progressive tax experience in a Big 4 public accounting firm, multinational corporate tax department, or law firm, with emphasis on U.S. international taxation

Compensation
- This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below.
- $135,900.00 - $239,100.00
