About the role

  • We are looking for a Chief of Staff to join our core team and assist with strategic planning and execution, company growth, and operations.
  • Coordinate executive communications and strategic events and media.

Responsibilities

  • Drive cross-functional projects and company-wide priorities, including milestone planning and tracking, vendor and budget management, and process improvements to support rapid growth and efficient scaling.
  • Design and prepare around the company's operating cadence, including all-hands meetings, offsites, and workflows internally and externally.

Requirements

  • You're a Good Fit If You Have (Required)
  • B.A. or B.S. degree and 3 to 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience with drug discovery and/or AI-enabled R&D platforms
