About the role

  • This role ensures successful program execution, sustained client relationships, revenue growth, and long-term strategic partnership development across complex transformation programs.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO)
  • Lead governance forums, steering committees, and executive reviews
  • Own end-to-end delivery of BSS programs (CRM, Billing, Charging, Order Management, Revenue Management)
  • Own overall account strategy, growth roadmap, and client satisfaction
  • Manage account P&L, including revenue forecasting, margin management, and cost optimization
  • Identify and drive upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities
  • Ensure high client retention and develop multi-year strategic partnerships
  • Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and commercial discussions
  • Lead large cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore, vendors, partners)
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations proactively

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or related field

Skills

  • 12-18+ years of experience in telecom IT with strong BSS exposure
  • Proven experience managing large telecom accounts and delivery portfolios
  • Strong track record in revenue growth and client relationship management
  • Deep expertise in BSS domain
  • Experience working with Tier 1/Tier 2 telecom operators
  • Account management and client relationship building
  • Program and portfolio delivery leadership
  • Commercial acumen and P&L ownership
  • Strategic thinking with growth mindset
  • Negotiation and executive communication skills
  • Leadership across global teams
  • Ability to travel

  • $12k-$18k
