About the role

  • The Tax Administrator will provide administrative and operational support to the tax department at Breslow Starling.
  • This role assists with tax return workflow, client communication, document management, tax organizers, and general office administration to ensure an efficient and organized tax process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client document collection and maintain electronic files
  • Monitor deadlines and support workflow management during tax season
  • Provide administrative support to tax partners and staff

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and professionalism

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Tax and Accounting Software and Microsoft Office and document management systems is preferred
  • Prior administrative experience, preferably in a CPA or professional services firm is preferred
