About the role
- The engine behind all of it is a reusable lending platform: the bank integrations, loan management and servicing systems, underwriting architecture, and money movement that every credit product is built on.
- You'll report directly to the Head of Consumer Lending.
- This is one of the most strategically important roles in our lending organization, and you'll operate as a peer to senior leaders across the company.
Responsibilities
- Identity and authentication flow design.
- Own end-to-end design of identity and authentication flows (including sign-up, sign-in, account recovery, Passkey/OTC/PIN verification, step-up authentication) as specifications that are implemented by other product teams.
- Data Architecture & Schema Design:
- Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science to design, define, and maintain the underlying data schemas for user identity, ensuring data integrity, scalability, security (e.g., PII handling), and efficient retrieval for analytics and operational systems.
- Collaborate deeply with Engineering, Design, Fraud, Compliance, and other cross-functional teams to align and drive a cohesive strategy.
- Manage competing demands across teams with explicit dependency tracking and clear prioritization principles.

Requirements
- Requirements Around 8 years of experience in Product Management.
- Domain Expertise (Required):
- Proven experience with Identity, KYC, Onboarding, Authentication, and/or IAM.
- Platform product experience (required).
