Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to upsell services, accessories, and system enhancements that improve comfort and efficiency, while building trust and long-term customer relationships.
- Our leadership comes from the field and understands how to support, not hover.
- Maintenance: Perform thorough preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups.
- Installation: Assist with or perform system installations as needed (a plus if you are strong in this area).
- Sales Support: Identify opportunities to upsell services, accessories, and system enhancements that improve comfort and efficiency, while building trust and long-term customer relationships.
- Solid communication and customer-facing skills -you know how to build relationships with homeowners.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience Strong mechanical skills and proven ability in diagnostics and repair.
- Required Certifications: EPA Certification (NATE is a definite plus!) A clean driving record and valid driver's license.
