About the role

- You will ensure our operations, from influencer contracts to treasury management, are robust, compliant, and future-proof.

- Corporate Governance: Manage internal corporate structuring, employment agreements, and IP protection for our proprietary algorithms and branding.

Requirements
- Must be a licensed attorney with 5+ years of experience, preferably with a mix of top-tier firm and in-house experience.
- Proven track record in the crypto/Web3 sector.
- You have the ability to translate complex legal jargon into actionable business advice.
- Comfort with Web3 tools (wallets, multi-sigs) and digital signature platforms.
- JD & Active Bar Membership: Must be a licensed attorney with 5+ years of experience, preferably with a mix of top-tier firm and in-house experience.

- Experience with international law and "offshore" corporate structures is a significant plus.
